Dashboards

Learn about the different Dashboards in Hippo.

Introduction

Hippo CMMS offers four different Dashboards: Advanced Dashboard, Standard Dashboard, Calendar Dashboard, and KPI Dashboard. The version of the Hippo software purchased determines which Dashboards can be viewed within the software.

Definitions

Advanced Dashboard: The Advanced Dash allows a User to view Enterprise Screens, Facility Screens, and Floor Plans. It also allows a User to Plot Equipment, Plot Locations, and Plot Sections in the Facility Admin panel.

Standard Dashboard: The Standard Dash provides a more data-driven view of work orders than the Advanced Dash. Floor plans or facility/enterprise screens cannot be viewed from the Standard Dash.

Calendar Dashboard: The Calendar allows a User to quickly search for work orders, as well as view upcoming scheduled work orders. There are many filters on the top of the calendar to help the user find the work orders being sought.

KPI Dashboard: This allows a User to quickly view Key Performance Indicators related to work orders within a given time range.

Instructions
