Where can I download the app?
You can download the mobile app from the Google Play store or the Apple Store. Search for Hippo CMMS. Anyone can download the app, but users need a mobile license to log in.
How do I get a mobile license?
An administrator then needs to assign you a license through the Assign License page. From the Manage Account page, go to Assign License.
How do I log in to the mobile app?
Once you download the app, you must enter your Client ID, User ID, and Password.
Note: Client ID is unique to each organization and is typically the company name or acronym. Find your company URL to view your Client ID.
Example: www.example.hippocmms.com "example" = Client ID
Can I download Hippo Mobile onto my tablet?
Hippo Mobile is currently available for tablets and smartphones, though some tablets may not resize perfectly.
What languages are supported in the Mobile App?
Only English is currently support in the app
What devices are supported for the Mobile App?
The app supports Apple and Android devices

Can I use the app without an Internet connection?
Yes! You can edit work orders and assets offline. When your phone reconnects to the Internet, you can sync your data.
I'm trying to scan a barcode, but it's not working.
Before it can scan barcodes, the app needs permission to access your camera. The app asks for permission the first time you try to scan a barcode. You can always go into your smartphone's settings to grant permission.
I just completed a work order, but now I can't find it. Where did it go?
The app shows open work orders only, so you cannot view completed or rejected work orders.
Will I get notified when there are updates?
Updates are 'Over the Air', and done automatically when the app is open. You can find the latest information on updates in the Help Docs.
