PDA Troubleshooting

There are two very simple options that will resolve the majority of the issues you might encounter with your PDA. 

 

  1. Reboot the PDA. To reboot the PDA, press and hold the W key, the C key, and the red Power button simultaneously for approximately ten seconds. The screen should flash, and a white boot screen should display. The device will then startup as normal.
     

  2. Reboot Your Computer. Most common synchronization issues result from the computer and the PDA getting out of phase.

 

Rebooting both your PC and the PDA will fix the overwhelming majority of issues. If rebooting does not solve your issue, please contact Customer Support.
