Those with edit rights can easily update the contents of any Work Order.
Status changes allow you to see if you are on track with open Work Orders, and close out completed work.

• Edit and Update open Work Orders
• Complete Work orders once finished
• Reopen Work Orders that need to be updated
• Full Status history or the Work Order is visible to  all Users

• Be clear on your expectation, by updating when the job is Scheduled, and Due Dates

• Enter Meter Readings

• Update Status to place the job on hold, or Complete the Work Order
