A Full User (Technician) in the ManagerPlus universe, is a licensed user who has access to the work records in ManagerPlus Lighting.  This can include:

• Asset Records
• Work History
• Current Work Order Assignments
• Using the Work Companion Mobile App

As the resident expert of your Assets and how best to care for them,  you will learn how to directly access and update the vital work records stored in Lightning.
This is key to you successfully maintaining a healthy system.

ManagerPlus Lighting has over 16 modules and features with configurable settings for most of them.  Fortunately, you won't have to worry about the setup .  For now, let's keep things focused on navigating, and documenting your work.

At the top of every page, you will see your training pathway.  It has been organized to ensure your success, and we strongly recommend you stay on the pathway.
