Requests

A Work Request can be used in several ways. The primary use is to receive requests from others outside the maintenance staff and then either resolve the issue at the request level or create a Work Order to resolve the issue.

This module gives you the ability to:

  • Submit work requests to the maintenance supervisor
  • Decide what information is required on work requests 
  • Manage incoming work requests, and turning them into work orders
  • Determine who can submit work requests.
