Barcode Scanning to Open Work Orders or Assets in ManagerPlus Mobile

Using the ManagerPlus Mobile App barcode scanner to open a Work Order or Asset is a simple process and can be accomplished in a few short steps.

Step 1.

After opening ManagerPlus Mobile, tap on Dashboard icon, followed by either the Work Order or Assets icon.


Step 2.

 on the SCAN button at the top right of the screen.


Step 3.

A pop-up window will appear, you can either manually enter in the barcode number, or you can select the Camera button to use the barcode scanner.  To scan the barcode, hover over the barcode with your mobile device. When the mobile device has scanned the barcode, the Asset or Work Order will appear on the screen of your device.

 For Android users, you may need to turn on the camera permissions in the app info section of the app.

To enter barcodes in manually, you may need to enabled this feature. It can be found in the settings/options menu of the app.
