User notification settings - an overview
These features are part of our Essential plan.
When a visit is created:
If an e-mail is entered, the visitor will receive a branded invitation. If the location has the correct pack, the visitor will also be sent a copy of the company's agreement to sign in advance
The host will receive a notification of the upcoming visit via email
When visitors checks in:
The guest will receive a Welcome email with the host's contact information as well as any details needed to help the visitor reach the destination once inside of the facility
The host will receive an email that the visitor has arrived and, if they have added their mobile number to their account, an SMS will also be sent.
If the visitor has not checked out after the time listed on the visit:
An email will be sent to the host to notify them that the guest has not been checked out yet.
