Limit Future Desk Bookings
Level: System Administrator / Serraview Implementation Team
Within the Serraview, your System Administrator can limit in weeks, how far into the future an employee can make a desk reservation.
From Serraview, complete the following:
- Navigate to Admin Settings > System Config > General > Engage Configuration.
- In the Future booking limited (in weeks) field, enter the number of weeks. This has a minimum duration of 1 week with a maximum of 52 weeks.
- Click the Update button.
