Update Reservation Permission for an Office

System Administrator / Onboarding Team

When your employees want to book their Office space, your System Administrator can set this up.

1, Navigate to Admin Settings > Reference Data > Space Types.

2. Find the space type called Office.

3. Selec Office and the Edit form displays

4. Click the Space Data tab.

5. From the Function drop-down, select Office - Individual.

6. Click the Update Space Type button.

Now the Office spaces are available to be reserved in Engage.
