Badge Utilization Details Dashboard

Purpose

A tabular-focused dashboard, designed with the option of exporting to CSV or Excel (use Explore From here to export to Excel). This dashboard includes all Badge utilization, summarized to the day. All relevant information about the badge activity is included, such as when it was, how long it was for, what building it was for etc. This information can be used for data validation and communication. It also includes a by-date pivot, making it suitable for exporting to excel as needed.

Special Filters

• Is Visitor filter - This filters in or out records marked as ‘Visitors’. Badge records are marked as visitors based on their badge name (for example, if the badge name included ‘Visitor’ in it).

Limitations

• Only 500 rows will be displayed. You can download the tile as excel if you need additional rows.

• The by-date pivot will only count up to 120 days. Date ranges wider than this will display an incomplete pivot.
