Security to access Work Orders and 360Facility Integration

Access to the Work Orders and the Accruent 360Facility integration is managed using secured actions.

Account Setup

To set up the Accruent 360Facility integration you will require the following secured actions:

Secured Action

Description

General - Save BAU

Allows the user to save the integration.

Service Requests - Edit All Request Queues

Allows the user to create and update Service Requests for the integration.

Service Request - View All Request Queues

Allows the user to query the Service Requests for the integration.

Service Request – Delete Comments Allows the deletion of comments.
API - Access Access to Serraview Core API.
API - Access Test Page

API access Service Request Integrations.

Facilities Work Order

To view and create facilities work orders you will need the following secured actions:

Secured Action

Description

Service Requests - Access Work Orders

Allows the user to view the work orders.

Serraview will not display the work orders until the Service Request Integration is turned on.

Service Requests - Create Work Order Facilities Request

Allows the user to create a 360Facility Child Work Order.

Configuration

To change the configuration settings:

Secured Action Description
Configuration - Service Request - Access Gives you access to the Configuration for Service Requests.
Service Request - Manage Status Mappings

Allows the administrator to update the status mapping between Serraview and 360Facility.

Serraview cannot activate the Status Mapping tab until the API is setup and connected.
