System Administrator

System Administrators can complete the following configuration in Serraview.

Configure CardNo Custom Field

If a CardNo is associated with an incorrect person in the Badge Swipe data, you can correct the CardNo.

  1. Navigate to Resources > People.
  2. Search for the person.
  3. Click the person whose CardNo you want to change. The Edit Person form displays.
  4. Click the Custom Fields tab.
  5. In the CardNo field, enter the correct CardNo.
  6. Click the Update Persson button.

This update to the person's CardNo will not change reports based on existing data. The update will be reflected in subsequent Badge Swipe Imports.

Badge Swipe Contact

You can set the email for the Badge Swipe Contact.

  1. Navigate Admin Settings > System Config > General.
  2. Select Email.
  3. In the Badge Swipe Contact Email field, enter the person's email address.
  4. Click the Update button.
