Validate Fixed Team Data

After the file has been provided to Serraview and imported, you must check your Fixed Team data.

In System Validation

  1. From the left-menu click Block & Stack (VBS).
  2. Using the Location Selector field, navigate to a building.
  3. For the required floor, click on toggle icon_right.png icon to the left of the stack. The block shows a floorplan image with the team allocation.

The block shows a floorplan image with the workstation allocations for each team. The spaces are highlighted with the same color as the team in the stack.

The people data is used in the VBS to manage occupancy and you can view the occupants.

3. Click on a team.

4. From the Information panel, click on the People tab.

The people in the team are listed and their cost center number and workpoint number.

OR

If you want to view a particular person, you can display the space's details.

  1. Double click a space. The space form displays.
  2. Click the Space Data tab.
  3. The Occupants field displays the person who is assigned to the desk.
