Insights Dashboards

The following dashboards have been released:

• Engage Dashboards and Reports

Insights Platform

ETL (Extract Transform Load)

• For time series data will be updated hourly. This includes SVLive, Sensors, and Engage Bookings.
• For other data such as team allocations, buildings will continue to run nightly. 

Data Model

• Updated the Insights Unified Data Model to include:
  • Service Requests
  • Engage check-in status and meeting cancellations
  • Add to SENSOR_EVENT table the column called STATUS
