Use the Wire-up Workpoints Manual - Checklist to ensure you are ready to send your auditors out to wire-up a space. 1	Locator and Room Availability Before you can use the Room Booking Service contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to organize access. The Serraview Room Booking Service is a service created to enable Locator, to display information about which meeting rooms are available, details about meeting room availability times, and to reserve meeting rooms. The service accomplishes this by an integration with calendar applications either: Microsoft Exchange - For prerequisites and configuration of Microsoft Exchange, refer to Configure Microsoft Exchange with Basic Authentication or Configure Microsoft Exchange with OAuth. Google Calendar™ - For prerequisites and configuration of Google Calendar, refer to Google Calendar Configuration. The client will need to import the calendar email address for each meeting room for the calendar availability to display.
