Locator and Room AvailabilityBefore you can use the Room Booking Service contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to organize access. The Serraview Room Booking Service is a service created to enable Locator, to display information about which meeting rooms are available, details about meeting room availability times, and to reserve meeting rooms. The service accomplishes this by an integration with calendar applications either:
The client will need to import the calendar email address for each meeting room for the calendar availability to display. You can use the Workpoint Import to update the email address for each meeting room, refer to Workpoint Import and Locator. |
