Product Upgrades and Maintenance Windows
Product Upgrades
The purpose of this window is to provide the Eptura team with a known window to deploy product upgrades (new releases).
The window is a 24 hour window to allow for resolution time in case issues are encountered, however on average the downtime is expected to be 15 minutes.
We schedule a single weekend window that works for all clients globally by being outside of business hours.

Maintenance Windows
The purpose of this window is to provide the Eptura team with a known window to perform required maintenance tasks, and installation of security patches, for example, that may impact access to the system.
The Maintenance Window is a 4 hour window to allow for resolution time in case issues are encountered, however on average the downtime is expected to be 1 hour.
We require a single window that works for all clients globally.
