50 Occupancy Details Report
Overview
Occupancy Details Report provides a list of current occupants and the building that is their primary location.
Key Data
- Location
- Organizational Unit
- Job title
- Email address
- Contact Numbers
- Site Details
- Use the Location and/or Org Unit parameters to quickly and easily extract specific people data, including Job Title. This information can be used by the Corporate Real Estate team when they consider the transition to flexible working, or by IT and Facilities Management teams when they need to provide equipment to service particular job functions.
- Custom Fields can be added to Person data to build upon this report e.g. a person's Line Manager, Employee Type or their OHS requirements.
