Security in My Workplace

Users require the security role called MyWorkplace Rep which contains the following secured actions:

  • General - Save BAU
  • My Workplace - Access Confirm Occupancy
  • My Workplace - Access Excel People List
  • My Workplace - Access Floorplans Workpoints Only
  • Action Request - Add/Remove Occupant - My Space
  • Action Request - Relinquish Workpoints - My Space
  • My Workplace - View All Workstations Filter
  • My Workplace - View My Floors Filter
  • My Workplace - View My Workstations Filter
  • Workplace - Allow Login
  • Report[22] - Floorplan Block (Admin)
  • Report[68] - Workstation Seating Detail Report (Admin)
  • Report[60] - Employee Location Page (View)
  • Report[153] - My Workplace - Workpoints Report (Admin)
  • Report[213] - Workplace Service Requests (Admin)

Other secured actions that can be added are:

  • My Workplace - Access Floorplans Showing Occupants
  • My Workplace - Add or Delete others as a team rep
  • My Workplace - Add or Delete self as a team rep
  • My Workplace - Allow Confirmation of Other Teams
  • My Workplace - Allow Login
  • My Workplace - Edit
  • My Workplace - Run Excel Import
  • My Workplace - Send login
