From My Workplace using the links in blue at the top of the confirm occupancy section, you can launch the following reports for your workpoints:

• Export Floorplans - Showing Occupants Report  - This report shows a current PDF Floorplan showing who sits at each desk.
• Export Floorplan - Workpoints Only Report - This report shows a blank PDF Floorplan showing all the workstation numbers.
• Occupant Details Report - This report shows the occupant details for the building and/or floor.

Configuration

To set the default font size for the My Workplace reports, complete the following:

1. Navigate to Configuration >General.
2. From the Configuration drop-down, select My Workplace.
3. Click the Edit button.
4. In the Report Label Size field enter the font size. The default font size is 8.
5. Click the Save button.
