Configure My Workplace

You can configure the My Workplace settings.
  1. Navigate to Configuration > General.
  2. From the Configuration drop-down, select My Workplace.
  3. Click the Edit button.
  4. Modify one or more settings.
  5. In the Confirmation Grid Message field, enter instructions, notes, or information to be displayed at the top of the confirmation grid.

5. From the Keyword Set and Keyword Values drop-down, select when or if sign in details are sent to new Team Representatives. Select either: Always Send, Never Send, or Prompt For Action.

6. From the Person Confirmation Options drop-down, select how to deal with staff already listed as sitting elsewhere.

7. In the Occupancy Page Size field, enter or select the number of rows displayed on each page of the My Workplace portal.

7. Check the Show Occupancy Ratio In Confirmation Grid checkbox, select to display occupancy ratio in the confirmation grid.

8. Check the Show Occupancy Ratio On Team Row checkbox, select to display occupancy ratio in on team rows.

10. Check the Show Occupants In Confirmation Grid checkbox, select to display the number of occupants in the confirmation grid.

11. Check the Show Workpoints in Confirmation Grid checkbox, select to display the number of workpoints in the confirmation grid.

12. Check the Report Label Size checkbox, enter or select the default font size for My Workplace reports.

13. In the Welcome Message field, enter information displayed when a user clicks the About button.

14. Click the Save button.
