Occasionally people are assigned to a space other than a desk e.g. a Meeting Room or Quiet Room. These space types usually do not allow occupants, even though they are allocated to a team. If you need to assign a person to a space other than a desk/office, email Real Estate with the building, floor and a description of the space type. They can adjust the configuration of the space to enable you to add a person.
