Manage Attachments

From the Manage Service Request screen.
  • Click a service request to edit. The Edit Service Request screen displays.

This allows you to upload any number of attachments that are relevant to the service request. For example a floorplan sketch showing where the planned move is to take place, or a BOS spreadsheet that contains a list of who will be moving.

  1. From the Attachments heading, click the Add add_icon.png icon. The Edit attachments dialog displays.


2. Either:

  • drop the file on the dialog.
  • click the Click to Upload button to attach the file.

Wait unit the attachment displays in the dialog. 


If you need to remove the attachment then, click the delete link.

3. Click the x icon to close the Edit Attachments dialog.
