Update Number of Seats
If you need to increase or decrease the number of seats for the team, then this can be completed in the Place column.
Increase Seats
From the Placed column navigate to team [1].
Then click in the total number of seats [2] field. Now, you can either use the spin box or enter the number of seats.
The Team will display as an Unstacked Team and the Department seat total will increase [1] and next, you can drag and drop [2] the team onto the stack.
Click on the stack to refresh the view.
Decrease Seats
Drag and drop the team from the stack to the Place column.
In Place column navigate to team [1] and select the total number of seats [2] and then enter in the number. Then click off the spin box.
The Department seat total will decrease [1] and next, you can drag and drop [2] the team onto the stack.
Click on the stack to refresh the view.
