All support tickets raised are managed and resolved according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and SiQ terms and conditions. To raise a support ticket for our Support team, you can either use the Zendesk form or Email support.

Zendesk Support Tickets

Any email sent to the support address is sent to our support ticket management system called Zendesk. You will be sent a reply email with your ticket number to enable you to track the progress of your request.
