How to Set Up a Password Policy for Teem Users
When users are both invited to or set up manually, a strong password policy should be set up and used.
This page will detail the process for setting up a password policy and the options available to use.
1. From Teem Web admin area, after logging in, click on Manage > Users > Password Policy
Note: These settings will only apply to users who are NOT using SSO as a login process.
The following items can be set up for a password.
- Days Until Password Expiration
- Minimum Password Length
- Require uppercase
- Require lowercase
- Require special
Each time a setting is changed the Update Policy button will need to be clicked.
Additionally, users can be 'forced' to change their password the next time they log in when the Force Change button is clicked.
