Teem Web contains the administration areas for the following:

      • Directory - Contains all your locations that include

      • Space Profiles -  Space configuration profiles use a template-based model rather than location inheritance to apply settings and attributes to a room, desk, or lobby. Attributes like capacity or amenities that had to be manually set at every space can now be configured at the profile and applied to new or existing spaces. Profile settings can still be overridden on a space-by-space basis or can be locked at the profile to prevent accidental modifications.
    • Calendars - Contains your calendar accounts. This is where you will import the calendar resource accounts and assign them to spaces.
    • Meeting Services - Meeting services make it easy for your employees to submit pre-meeting requests while creating an event using Outlook or Google Calendar. Customize service options for your organization, configure rules for where and who can make requests, and notify your service contact when a request is added to a meeting.

      • EventBoard - Contains the room display and booking settings.
      • Finder - Contains the Finder views.
      • LobbyConnect - Contains the reception display and visitor settings.
      • 3rd Party Apps - Contains the integrations for Beacons and Sensors; Calendars; Chat Platforms; Facilities Management; File Management; User Management; Webhooks.
    • Visitors - Contains the Logs, Watchlist, Alerts, Types, and Contracts.
    • Users - Contains the User Directory, Groups & Permissions, and Password Privacy. See Manage Users, Groups and Permissions
    • Reservations - Contains the Reservation Logs.
    • Teem Account - Contains the Company Details, Enabled Features, Billing, and Activity Stream.
    • Broadcasts - These are a great way to welcome visitors, make announcements, and display other messages through the EventBoard room display. Once a Broadcast card has been created, it can be scheduled to display whenever and wherever needed.
  • Monitoring - Contains the Device Status, Device Alerts, Calendar Sync, and Monitoring Profiles.

  • My Visitors - This contains the list of invited visitors and where you can invite visitors individually or in bulk.
  • Team Directory - Find a co-worker and view their current status.
  • Worklists - Keep track of Meeting Service requests that have been added to events through Teem calendar.
