Microsoft Exchange Calendar Integration for EventBoard

You’ll need to integrate your calendars to use Teem with Microsoft Exchange for room scheduling and more. Select the version of Microsoft Outlook your organization uses for version-specific instructions to begin setup.  See Basics of Integrating Exchange and EventBoard: Room Resources, Exchange Impersonation or Delegate Access

Google Calendar Integration for EventBoard and, Desk, and Teem Mobile

Plug-in / Extension


The Teem plug-ins for calendars enable you to find and book rooms based on location, availability, capacity, amenities, and more. Teem makes the following types of plug-ins:

  • Add-in - Teem has add-ins for Microsoft Outlook (Desktop) and Microsoft Outlook 365 (Web).
  • Chrome Extension -  this browser extension is used with Google Calendar. 

Microsoft Outlook Add-in

Chrome Extension for Google Calendar

With the Chrome Extension for Google Calendar, users can book rooms based on availability, capacity, location, and amenities. This calendar also offers a drop-down menu that lives in your browser menu that can be accessed at any time to help you stay on top of your meetings. See Install Teem Chrome Extension for Google Calendar.

Teem Outlook Add-in Install Methods

This will guide you through installing and using the add-in. The add-in will allow employees to book spaces based on location, availability, capacity, amenities, and more using the Teem Add-in for Outlook.

Organization Installation

Teem supports and recommends the Organization installation method for the Outlook Add-in.  When installed, the Teem add-in will show for users in both the Outlook Online and the desktop app. See Teem Outlook Add-In Organizational Install.

Companies are encouraged to upgrade to the Organization Install method.

Important Note: This version of the plug-in is no longer supported by Teem. No additional functionality will be added.

Now, to use what has been installed

After the plug-in is installed employees will be able to search for rooms based on location, availability, capacity, and amenities. Meeting services will be available to order directly from the calendar when booking an event.
