LobbyConnect 3.0 Adds Localized Language Support

LobbyConnect now supports localized languages within the app. This update enables Teem customers around the world to greet and check in guests to their offices in their localized language, creating a more welcoming and smooth visitor experience.

The following languages are now supported in LobbyConnect 3.0:

  • Chinese (Simplified)
  • English (US)
  • English (UK)
  • French
  • French (Canada)
  • German
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Spanish (Spain)

This update is available for all LobbyConnect customers. Lobby administrators or managers will need to update the LobbyConnect 3.0 app from the iOS App Store. After a successful update, the language within LobbyConnect will match the language setting of the individual iPad. Learn how to change an iPad's language setting on Apple's support site.

LobbyConnect allows admins to input custom text, such as Visitor Types, Custom Questions, Contracts, and more. These custom inputs will not be changed automatically, so admins will need to manually edit the text in the Admin Web Dashboard to match the localized language setting.
