Visitor Management

This section contains an overview of the Visitor module, basic procedures, and provides a general understanding of how to use the module. The Visitor module allows you to efficiently schedule and track visitors to your facility from check-in to departure. This module provides you with complete control over the process, allowing you to specify a host, capture signatures on required documents such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), alert security to restricted visitors automatically using the visitor watch list, and create reports using historical visitor information.
