The Minimum Duration rule can be used to set a minimum amount of time to reserve a space. This feature can be accessed and added by Reservation administrators. This rule prevents employees from reserving spaces for short periods of time, thus allowing cleaning crews enough time to clean the space in a timely manner. This will help keep a safe clean working environment. This will help the facility operation team in keeping a safe work environment for people to work in.
To access the reservation rules click the Admin button then click the reservation module. Afterward, click the Reservation Rules tab to open the reservation rules page. From there select the appropriate center from the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner.
Next, click the Add Rule button at the upper right-hand corner this will add the new rule. Afterward, select the Rule Scope then for the Rule Type select Minimum Duration from the drop-down menu.
