iOFFICE has released a fix for the compatibility issue on the devices running the Service Request app on iOS 14. This update should be applied automatically when you close and restart the app. You can verify that you received the update by tapping the bell picture on the main login screen, which should then display "Version: v34" or above. If restarting the app does not correct the issue, please delete and re-download the Service Request app from the App Store.
With this update, you can now apply iOS 14 updates on devices used to access the Service Request app and expect normal behavior. For additional assistance, contact support by calling 1-800-505-0224 or sending an email to email@example.com.
iOFFICE is aware of an issue in the Service Request app on devices running on iOS 14. We are actively working to correct the compatibility issue; however, iOFFICE customers using the Service Request app on iOS are advised to not apply any iOS updates on devices used to access the Service Request app until further notice.
