Reservation cancellations due to Exchange conflict are now identified in email notification
Reservation cancellations due to conflicts with Exchange calendars are now identified in cancellation email messages. This addition allows Reservation administrators to provide clarity to meeting hosts about why a meeting was canceled and enable them to take appropriate action to reschedule their meeting.
This type of cancellation may occur when event details change in Exchange but the changes do not sync with the iOFFICE reservation. As a result, the iOFFICE reservation must be cancelled. There are three possible scenarios for notifications when this happens:
- Creating or updating this iOFFICE reservation would have resulted in a double-booking in Exchange.
- This iOFFICE reservation conflicted with an appointment in Exchange.
- This appointment had been cancelled in Exchange.
