Move Requests Attachments Enchancement - 2021 March

Move Requests can now include attachments. Users submitting Move Requests can upload and attach files as supplemental material for approvers to review. This enhancement enables coordinators and requesters to provide more relevant information needed for stakeholders during a move project, such as invoices, floor plans, and more. Move Approvers are able to review the move request and supplemental material in one place, streamlining the approval process and enabling them to make more informed decisions.

With Advanced Move Approvals enabled, the supplemental files will also be attached to Approver notification emails, streamlining the approval process even further.

Attachments are available for all customers with the Move Module, and no action is required to enable the feature.
