Fields Tab

On this tab, you can view, add, edit, and remove fields used to build an agreement. Note that the custom fields can added at the site level.

  1. Fixed field types are listed and cannot be edited – there is a lock icon under the Actions column.

  2. To edit or remove custom field types, click the appropriate buttons under the Actions column.

  3. To add a field type, click the Add Icon.png icon.

  4. Click Save to save changes and exit. Click Cancel to exit without saving changes.

If you add or edit a field type, a new window opens.

  1. Enter a name for the field

  2. Select the field type – Text, Money, Number, LiveSearch, etc.

  3. Choose display options in the left-hand column. Choices vary depending on the field type.

  4. A preview of the field appears in the Field Preview window.

  5. When finished, click OK to save changes. Click Cancel to exit without saving.
