Types Tab

You can add and edit agreement types.

  1. Fixed agreement types are listed and cannot be edited – there is a lock icon under the Actions column.

  2. To Edit or Remove custom agreement types, click the appropriate buttons under the Actions column.

  3. To add an agreement type, click the Add Icon.png icon.

  4. Click Save to save information and exit. Click Cancel to exit without saving.

If you add or edit a type, a new window opens.

  1. Enter a name and description.

  2. Use the Form Builder function to select appropriate fields from the drop-down menu. Click the Add Icon.png icon to add the field to the form.

  3. A preview of the form appears in the Form Preview window.

  4. When finished, click OK to save changes. Click Cancel to exit without saving.
