Adding New Tasks

Tasks define additional functions that may need to be performed with a particular type of move request. For example, a personnel move may also entail moving furniture. If you click the Tasks tab, the current tasks are displayed.


  1. To add a new task, click the green Add Icon.png  symbol at the bottom of the list.

  2. To remove a task, click Remove under the Actions column. Be wary of doing this, 
though, as it can affect your reporting.

  3. To edit an existing task, click Edit under the Actions column.

  4. To save changes, click the Save button.
