Enable Request Approval

You can require the move requester to enter the name of the person who should approve the move.

  1. Check the box next to Enable Request Approval to activate this feature. A dialog box will expand, containing additional information.

  2. Check the box next to Approval Email to enable email alerts for required approval.

  3. Format the body of the approval email. You can use Live Tags, data fields that will automatically populate with move request data when the email is sent. Information about Live Tags is at the top of the Preferences page.

  4. Enter any email addresses that should be copied in the CCs field.

  5. Enter a subject in the email subject line.

  6. Select which business roles (administrator, customer, etc.) must specify approval contact information.
