Customized Searches

Saving a customized search allows you to keep frequently used searches available as a unique search tab. Click the Add Searches button and a window loads.


  1. Enter a name for the search.

  2. Select who has access to the search from the Availability drop-down.

  3. Select Match Any Filter to match one or more of the filter values. Select Match All Filters to only see results that meet all of your filter values.

  4. Enter a filter by clicking the New Filter box. Select the appropriate filter criteria from the drop down menus.

  • To enter another filter, click the New Filter box again.

  • To remove a filter, click the red Move Close Icon.png icon to the right of the filter.

  1. Click OK to save the search or Cancel to exit without saving.
