Scheduled Tasks

These tasks recur on a scheduled basis. Scheduled tasks are initially set up through the regular request submission process. Once scheduled tasks are set up, they automatically populate the Request Queue based on the schedule requirements.


  1. Select the appropriate service center using the drop-down menu.

  2. Use the search function to search for a schedule task.

  3. To edit an existing task, click Edit under the Actions column.

In the edit view, there are several things you can modify.


  1. The task description and details can be updated

  2. Task frequency and schedule can be updated. Depending on which frequency (daily, weekly or monthly) you choose, the scheduling options will differ.

  3. You can modify how much advance notification is provided before the task is due.

  4. Click OK to save changes and exit. Click Cancel to exit without saving changes. Click Delete to delete the Scheduled Task.
