Load Drawing
One of the key features of the Space Module is the Space Manager, allowing interaction with the building floor plans. After you have clicked the Load Drawing button, a new window opens.
Load Drawing within Space Administrator

Navigate to space administrator

Select a building

Click the Load Drawings button next to the floor that needs to be loaded

Click the Choose File button to locate and attach the file.

If you do not have the latest version of the SoftSpace plugin for AutoCAD, click the link to download it.

Name the drawing and, if you wish to update existing rooms, check the box.

Click the Load button to upload the drawing.
Load Drawing within Space Desktop

Navigate to space desktop

Select a building

Select a floor

Click the Load Drawing button

Set Current Drawing Tab
Sometimes, multiple floor plans have been uploaded and you want to choose a particular version as the current version.

Click the Set Current Drawing button

Select the current version using the drop-down menu.

Click the Set button to set this as the current version.
