Room Types

Room Types allows you to add, edit, and delete room types. Note that most of the work in Room Types is done during initial site configuration.


Only experienced personnel should make changes, especially when it comes to deletion of information.


  1. Arrange the order in which the room types display. Hover your mouse to the left of a room type name and an up/down arrow appears. Click the room type and drag it to the desired position.

  2. To rearrange the sort order to alphabetical (the default setting), click the Reset Sort Order button at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Edit or remove room types by clicking the buttons under the Actions column.

  4. To add a room type, click the Add Icon.png icon at the bottom of the list.

  5. Click Save to save changes and exit. Click Cancel to exit without saving.
