Space Manager Toolbar
The Space Manager Toolbar contains a variety of helpful button and functions you can use while using the Space Manager.

The Space Manager Toolbar is separated into four sections:

Floor

Annotation
Additional information about each icon is listed by section in the table below.
Floor
The Floor section allows you to select a specific building/floor combination to view. Additionally, you can print out available floor plans for the selected floor.

| The building / floor icon allows you to select a specific building and floor combination, and view the floor plan |
| The Print icon allows you print the selected building / floor space plan you are currently viewing (if available). |
View
The View section allows you to view and edit a variety of different areas of your floor plan, including layers, assets, zooming, text options, and adjusting labels.

| The legend button allows you to customize your color schemes for your room types.
The legend button also allows you to view the different available layers:
Note: Selecting a specific Legend color scheme in the drop-down field allows you to enable or disable those colors for your current floor plan. |
| The layers button allows you to enable or disable the layers on your Space Manager floor diagram. |
| The assets button allows you to enable icons, change the fill color, and modify the scale of the asset icons. |
| The zoom toggle allows you to change the size of the floor diagram. |
| The text options button allows you to customize your text options within your Space Manager floor plan. This includes the room text, room mouse over, and asset mouse over options. You may also remove room details, such as name, description, or change the color of the text. |
| The adjust labels button allows you to drag, resize, and rotate a room label on a Space Manager floor plan. |
Moves
The Moves section allows you to create or view move scenarios. The following table provides a basic overview of the functions available.
Moves Section | |
| The moves button allows you to append or edit any move requests in the queue. |
Move Scenario | This drop-down field allows you to view any created Move scenarios that are already created and saved. |
| The vacate floor button allows you to move everyone off the floor you are currently viewing and onto a current move request. |
Annotations
The annotations section allows you to create custom layers on your floor plan, including shapes, text, and free-hand drawings. The following table provides a basic overview of the functions available.

| The view annotations layer button allows you to view any custom annotation layers that you might have created (e.g. shape, polygon, text, or draw). |
| The shape button allows you to select a variety of pre-determined shapes and add a custom shape to your floor plan. |
| The polygon button allows you to create and add a custom shape to your floor plan. |
| The text button allows you to add text to a specific location on your floor plan. |
| The draw button allows you to create a custom freehand drawing on your floor plan. |
