Editing a Visitor

Once you have registered a visitor, you can edit a variety of the visitor information. 


  1. Simply select the Visitor module > Registration. Then enter the visitor you want to edit. 

  2. Click the Edit button. The Edit Visitor Info screen opens.

  1. You can update any of the current information of the visitor (e.g. First or Last name, Email, Phone, etc.). 


Note: If you want to update any of the available Visitor Alerts in the drop-down field, you will need administrator privileges (Admin > Visitor > Alerts). 


  1. If you want to update the picture of the visitor, click the Capture Picture button. 


Note: Your computer must have a webcam installed in order for the Capture Picture button to work. If you do not see a Capture Picture button, an administrator should verify the "Allow Web Cam Image Capture" preference is enabled in the Visitor Preferences.  


  1. Once you have completed all of your edits, click the Submit button. Your changes to the selected visitor have been saved.
