User Rights By Permission
Each iOFFICE module contains a variety of permission levels that allow you to perform your role. For your convenience, we have detailed them below:
Global Site Administration
Only user level with full-site access, rights, and administration privileges within the complete iOFFICE Integrated Workplace Management System (includes all Site Centers).
Center Administration
User-level designation granted by Global Site Admin for users with specific Center administration privileges. Privileges include control of user access, center configurations, workflow processes, and module reporting. There can be multiple center administrators and multiple centers.
Operator
User-level assigned to receive, process, track, and fulfill requests. The Operator can access all operational functions related to completing specific requests.
Global Site Administrators can grant additional center administration rights to Operations however, by default, this user level has no rights to dictate functionality or work-flow processes as configured within Customer modules. Learn how to enable the Operator User Administration setting in Global Preferences Admin.

Manager
Maintain full access to reporting. Managers can submit requests and monitor the status of their jobs, and view overall activity in the center in which they are assigned. Managers can update their individual requests, but cannot make changes to the center functionality or users.

Default Access for all (New and Existing) Users unless otherwise specified by Global Site / Center Administrator - Customers have the ability to submit job requests, monitor their individual job requests, and search the history of their job requests.
