Once jobs are archived, they are available via Search. The Search criteria mirrors the Ordered By section of the Job Ticket. 

The job can be searched by one or multiple criteria. Input the criteria or select the date range and then select Search.

A view of the copy request form or the production view can be opened by selecting (view) or (prod view).

Note : Attachments are retained for a period of 60 days once a copy ticket is archived. After that time, attachments are deleted and cannot be recovered.
