Customize the Service Request Module

Use this function to select the information fields that appear on the Maintenance Request Queue, and in which order.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Service Request > Customize.

  1. Select fields from the Unassigned column and click the right arrow button (>>) to move them to the Assigned column. Unassign fields by selecting them then clicking the left arrow button (<<).
  2. Reorder the way in which Assigned fields appear by clicking a field name, then using the up and down arrows to move it. The top-most item in the Assigned category will appear on the left-most column of the Maintenance Request Queue.
  3. Click Apply to save changes and exit. Click Cancel to exit without saving changes.
