iOFFICE Compatibility Matrix
You can review the current information about the listed of third-party applications, components and devices (collectively Third-Party Applications) with which the iOFFICE platform is certified as of the Effective Date as compatible with the iOFFICE software products. This certification only applies to the Third-Party Applications listed (e.g. model and version number).

The information in this iOFFICE Compatibility Matrix is current as January 16, 2023 (the “Effective Date”). This Matrix provides a list of third-party applications, components, and devices (collectively Third-Party Applications) with which the iOFFICE platform is certified as of the Effective Date as compatible with the iOFFICE software products. This Certification only applies to the Third-Party Applications listed herein (e.g., model and version number). Migration to Third Party Applications may be required to be in compliance with the supported operability between iOFFICE products and those Third-Party Applications. All information contained herein are subject to change at any time with or without notice at iOFFICE’s sole and absolute discretion. iOFFICE reserves the right to change its support policies and to certify its iOFFICE platform and applications on new or different Third-Party Applications and to de-certify its platform and applications on any Third-Party Applications. The information contained in this Matrix does not alter iOFFICE product specifications or warranties. Nothing in this Matrix shall operate as an express or implied representation, warranty or indemnity concerning any of the Third-Party Applications. In no event will iOFFICE be liable for damages arising directly or indirectly from any use of the Third-Party Applications.

iOFFICE supports a variety of federated identity options in partnership with Ping Identity. Specifics may vary between customers or protocol used. Business requirements define that the customer’s user information be loaded during application configuration, because of this requirement “just in time” or “on the fly” user provisioning is not supported. This means that only an identifying attribute needs to be sent in the assertion (as the SAML_SUBJECT). SAML 2.0 Both Identity Provider (IdP)-initiated, and Service Provider (SP)-initiated Single Sign-On (SSO) are supported with SAML 2.0. Mobile apps use SP-initiated SSO authentication. |
