Steps to Order TRAC Hardware

Note: This assumes you are a current TRAC customer.

 

If you want to order TRAC hardware, perform the following steps:

 

  1. Reference document https://rworld.ricoh-usa.com/docs/DOC-144260 in RWorld to obtain the pricing information for the hardware that your site requires. Emails can also be sent to RMSSolutions@ricoh-usa.com to obtain a quote for hardware.

  2. Complete the PO Requisition Form Located at https://rworld.ricoh-usa.com/docs/DOC-91646 and submit the form to PURCHASING-MALVERN-OUTSOURCING@RICOH-USA.COM to obtain a PO.

  3. Submit the .pdf file of the PO with a copy of the TRAC Change Order Form (https://rworld.ricoh-usa.com/docs/DOC-96999) to RMSSolutions@ricoh-usa.com for approval.

  4. The RMSSolutions Team will submit your order to iOffice for processing and email you when the order has been placed.
