Clearing Your Cache
Caching is used by the iOFFICE application to increase application performance by reducing page load times; however, there are situations when it may be necessary to remove the data cached in the web browser or Adobe Flash Player to ensure the most recent version of the application is displayed.
Clearing the cache does not remove any information stored in the browser outside of the cache, such as bookmarks or your homepage, but simply allows the browser to load the iOFFICE application as if you were opening the website for the first time in the browser. The next time you access the site after clearing your cache, the web browser will load and display the most recent version of the site, since the previous versions are no longer stored in the cache. Think of it as a little spring-cleaning for your favorite browser on your desktop or mobile device.
